Global construction specialist ISG has been appointed by Legal & General to create Tempo Maidenhead - a modern and sustainable commercial space at the gateway to Maidenhead.
The project will regenerate a 1.4 acre site in the heart of Maidenhead to deliver a completely refurbished commercial destination, delivering an additional 21,500 sq ft of space, with new communal spaces and green infrastructure, placing people and sustainability at the heart of the new building.
Project Tempo aims to achieve the highest rating of energy efficiency - EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating which will make the building one of the greenest workspaces in the Thames Valley.
ISG is a founding partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and we want to keep the residential and business community of central Maidenhead fully updated throughout the refurbishment project, as we deliver the most energy efficient, sustainable workspace in the town.
